Welcome to my childbirth education services! My evidence-based curriculum is designed to help you prepare for the birth of your baby and the transition into parenthood. My classes cover a range of topics including pregnancy health, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care. I believe that every family deserves to have a positive and empowering birth experience, and I am here to help you achieve that.
