First Trimester Concierge Services
The first 12 weeks of pregnancy can present to us through body, mind and spirit. We feel excitement and happiness but also confusion, a bit of fear and loads of worries. We are tired and depleted, creating this perfect baby and this can be wearing on our body and mind. Let me help you navigate through the first trimester.
$600/ 12 weeks of support:
12 x 60 min Facetime/zoom sessions + unlimited Texts (8am-8pm, M-F)
Third Trimester Concierge Services
Getting ready for the arrival of your baby is super exciting. As a birthing person, a lot is on your shoulders. Making sure baby and you are healthy and mentally, physically and emotionally prepared for birth should be on the forefront of your brain. Let me guide you and your support person on the path to achieve your dream birth.

Second Trimester Concierge Services
Even though the second trimester is called the honeymoon phase, anxiety can rear its ugly head. You are probably spending your time thinking about parenting, your baby and what's to come. Let me help you organize your thoughts and support your emotions.

Postpartum Concierge Services
Congratulations! Baby is here! You have made it! But now comes the real work, not only with baby, but also getting you back on track. A mother also needs mothering. Let me be your emotional, mental and energetic support during your postpartum period.
